The Lime Springs Library is having a Snowman Contest. The contest starts February 1 to March 31.   There are five rules that must be followed.  #1 Must register to participate. One entry per person.  #2. Build a snowman in your own yard and must be appropriate for public display.  #3. Individuals are encouraged to add their own creative touches that will make their snowman unique.  #4 Take a picture of the snowman alone and one with you and your snowman.  #5 Bring pictures to the library or email to lspublib@mchsi.com for judging.  Call 563-566-2207 to confirm that pictures were received. Snowman pictures are due March 31 at 5:00 p.m.  Top three will be awarded prizes. Prizes will be given April 2 for qualified participates at 3:00 p.m.
